Four time World Champion Sebastian Vettel was not happy when Caterham F1's Kamui Kobayashi made a pass on him during this morning's Chinese Grand Prix.

"Are you kidding? Honestly?!" exclaimed Vettel over the radio, gesticulating wildly in the air in disapproval as Kobayashi blasted by and unlapped himself. "Of course he's quicker. He's got new tyres. Two laps later and he'll be off."

Vettel went on to finish 5th in the race, 24 seconds behind teammate Daniel Ricciardo.

Today's race was the final nail in the coffin for me to stop wathcing F1, till team orders are completely forbidden. I was really sick when RB ordered Vettel to let Riccardo pass. This is stomping on the moral ethics that are the grounds for any competative sports.

It's a team sport and team orders have been on and off for years.

So I don't really see anything being changed here for the worse. If anything we haven't had all that meaningful WDC team orders for years now.

I personally never have had any problems with them. Teams are their own units that F1 is build on and teams have all the right imo to make a team order if they so see.

Also I kind of enjoy about all the drama it brings. :D Example Massa refusing to give his spot this season, or Vettel vs Webber or Vettel not giving his place at first today and his snarky comment.

if you payed attention they were on different strategies. Riccardo was on a 2 stop. when they told vettle that, he realized he cant hold him up.

They weren't on the same strategy so it wasn't really a move over order.

He must be miserable that he doesn't have the best car anymore. Can his ego survive much longer like this?

I do agree that team orders do corrupt the purity and integrity of the sport, but even when they were forbidden, teams were still doing it. Unless F1 switches to single car teams (which is not likely to happen), team orders will always take place, whether they are allowed or not.

It's a team sport...you don't get pissed in basketball/soccer when the players feed the ball to the player with the best chance of scoring. In fact it's the opposite, ball hogs are typically reviled. Same thing in team racing.

Did you not watch Bahrain? Two different teams, both who normally give team orders, both going wheel to wheel for most of the race.

If they are doing it for points, I agree it sucks. But at that point Vettel was basically being blue flagged due to a much faster car that just happened to be his team mate.
